well picked it up today, in the end just slung a strop round the bed. balance was perfect
ended up spliting the lathe and cabinet, made it much easier to handle. and the engine crane was invaluable! as well as lifting it makes a perfect roller platform thing
(if he looks a bit red its cause i had just ran over his toes )

and the tranit dropside was a wise choice, with the lathe, cabinet and crane on the whole bed was near enough full. and the crane can lift high enough on the maximum jib setting easy
