Lorch error code E07 rings a bell... yup;
Lorch T220 AC/DC Error E07
Hi all. Got this machine send over to have a look at it. SMPS TOP245 shortet out. Replaced and now i got Error E07 message which is not mentioned in any manual i got. Anybody know this kind of Error?

For me a Service manual would be very helpfull, also a User manual.
Is the so called Fabr. Nr the serial?
On the Lorch Page I have Not ound both.
Yes this welder has an transformer and curent is regulated on secundary side.
Thanks for the link with an e7 error here was the switching Mode defective
I think mine is ok welder starts up and hang IP at e7 error!
I will measure the two voltages.
Or is it a problem with the eeprom data?

Thanks for the Manual.
I will try a factory reset (if available) before I Start to disassemble.
I bought the welder one month before and IT worked finde, but welder is very heavy (sbout 100 kg)
I think the welder is a out 20 years old, so it could be Problem with condensers, Bad soldering but also with faulty eeprom.
Is the eeprom seperat or included in the processor?
The User interface is a DS 10

todayi was opening welder.
It started after Power on with Er 7.
After so e Power off, power on cycles Er7 has gone, now ihave this, Look at my Screenshot.
The welder has several pcb Plates
.... Which one is power Supply?
I think the big one on the right upper side is current regulator....
Can someone assist me with acurcuit for this welder

How to repair? There are two pcb, S with a controller
Ohne on the left side, one the upper side on the smps pcb.
E change 8 pin eeprom with a New one? But how to initialize?
Eeprom is for User welding setting?
Or has someone fitting bin file for this eeprom?
