Today, I contacted Lorch germany.
Bad news....
Welder to old, no spare parts!
No circuit diagramm, no file for reprogramming New CPU for custmers, I think Problem is well known!

I contacted old owner when Problems appears, He told me that the welder sometimes dont Start, if He doesnt used it for weeks. but He didnt get er7

I think eeprom (CPU) has reached amount of read/write cycles

I think also that Lorch has Set during programming know how protection

Don’t think so in case of EEPROM. So you have to desolder it and make a dump.
what eeprom is inside?
Where you coming from germany?

I’m sorry but I don’t know of that machine. I’ve been with Lorch for 17 years and that machine model wasn’t in the range or any old sales brochures when I started so I’d hazard a guess that it’s more like 25+ years. We “had” a C-Dialog machine when I started which I’m guessing was the next generation to the one you have.

If you want to PM me the serial number I can see if I can find any service manual or such
