Do you have a user manual? All abbreviations are detailed in the user guide. Some of what you have written are not even abbreviations for welding, they relate to which software version is in the machine and the welding synergic lines etc

Send me your email address and I’ll send you the user guide. You would of had 2 originally. A thinner one about the MicorMIG in general and another one specifically about the front panel you have, in this case BasicPlus. It seems that you only have the general MicorMIG one.

In what way? It doesn’t really work like that with digital machines.

The machine itself can only control its own output, so to say if it shows 10m/min wire feed and 29.6 volts that’s what you will get. if there is a problem within the machine that prevents it doing what it’s supposed to do then it would offer up an error code and in most cases not weld at all.

If it’s welding ok one day and then not the next, especially in the absence of an error code it will almost always be an outside influence, wire, torch, gas, earth lead, material to be welded, liners, tips etc etc
