Lorch s3 mobil spatter problems

I haven't had much arc time with this machine but I've been using it this last week or two and I can't get it set right, I've tried std mig/mag ,synergic and the pulse settings but it just isn't right but can't put my finger on what?
No matter what I do the arc won't stay consistent and causes loads of spatter no matter what I do regarding volts and wire speed even in spray I'm getting spatter.
I can't get it right in dip transfer at all expecially when welding out of position like welding around a tube, the arc go's "fluffy " .
I've tried a different torch but no different, I,m not sure if it's something in the settings or a problem with the machine?

I bet it's feed related. Liner, torch, feed rolls, tip, something like that. Have you tried a different torch?

These machines are very clever, if theres a phase out you get an error, most issues will thrown an error.

Any chance that you are using flux core wire? The spatter from flux core can catch your pants on fire!
