by the way its soldering the copper pipe up
your also over heating the copper pipe you can tell by the darkness of the copper tube at the joints of the tees and elbows to get around this heat enough then move the blow lamp up and down along the pipe and fitting
the other thing i will mention is watch for the silver solder just being seen at the front and run the blow lamp around the back that makes sure all the solder has gone around the fitting instead of over heating the front of the pipe
only if not sure do you use solder but only a touch amount is needed to seal the copper tube to the fitting
