Cheers, I'd like to take the credit, my boss does the programing, I do run it sometimes, but mostly do heat treating and put the handles on. The tornado is amazing, I love watching it, I couldn't believe how quick it was the first time I saw it.
The Chiron is a mill, that is a lathe. I do have a CNC lathe as well though

You got a Beautiful finish on that @ParmSome progress, after the bore I made a mandrel and turned the taper. It took a good few hours on my lathe with the tiniest of cuts each time. Polished up to 320 grit.

It is sort of stainless (but not as we know it)....its Precipitation Hardening......
