Send me the serial number and I will look how it left the factroy.

If it was purchased as a SpeedPulse machine from the factory then SpeedArc would of already been included. It might of been built as a standard Pulse machine and then someone might of purchased the SpeedPulse upgrade at a later date and it was installed retrospectively.

Still seems strange that it doesn't have it though

Have you checked the background menu that all processes are enabled?

Already replied to the PM, but for everyone else's benefit, the machine did have SpeedArc and SpeedPulse installed at time of build/dispatch from Germany. I don't know how it could of been removed/lost as AFAIK this really isn't technically possible, but in any case if it really isn't there, I can organise to get it put in for him without cost.

I thought that initially, but then I remember that wasn’t an option on that age version to “hide” away the processes. That option came later on the 2018 onwards XT version.

You're a hero Matt. I'll take a video of switching processes later on and send it to you.
Is it worth doing a factory reset to see if that makes a difference? I'm sure i did one just after i bought it to make sure all values were set to default.
If it's really gone, I might take you up on the offer just for completeness (its not a cheap upgrade to buy!), although there's no hurry
