yup, lots of ways... I'd drill the existing concrete slabs, if using the existing fence.
This way, all I have to do is drill 4 holes in the left bits of the posts , which are already set in the old concrete... 3 mins job.
Suppose a rubber mat between the upper and lower bolts would take the strain of high winds and cushion the impact.
If I get a new fence, with different widths to the original,
I'd dump new concrete elsewhere and sink long bolts.
Anywho, both seem like a plan...
