If its anything like older Fords, that bolt will be welded to the bulkhead, so its ultimately acting as a stud. Shouldn't have any spinny spinny problems getting the nut off*
*unless Ford decided the 0.1p worth of weld holding the bolt in place cost too much and they've cheaped out
Difficult to tell from my video clip above. Maybe the hint of the weld on the RHS that hasn't adhered to the actual bolt?
My money tbh is on an interference fit for these.
