need a new air body saw

Will be interested in this, used a few but never found one that felt like it was cutting well.
They all appear to oscillate to fast.

Does it have to be a body saw? if its for car bodywork and sheet materials an angle grinder may suffice with a home made depth stop, that's what I use.

But the OP asked for an air body saw, how does suggesting a different tool fullfil that?

I've got a cheap aldi one, with decent blades it works ok on ali, haven't used it on thin sheet steel or thicker than maybe 3mm stuff though.

A quick link to MM Air saws.

I have got to use the CAT32B version, not a bad tool. But the bldes supplied did the job. But the ones we have with it are better from the Tool man in a Van.

I just snap a few hack saw blades up and use those in my old one

For your application i would always go with a recip saw if you have space, nice and slow running very controllable.

I have a Bosch 110 which has variable speed control and lots of torque and is very controllable and slow, its donkeys years old and much better than air.
