If you decide to keep the Megane I would swap those stainless steel bolts you fitted for ordinary ones asap. If a stainless nut & bolt get hot the nut will weld itself to the bolt & you will never get it off! Even the heat of the manifold could be enough.

I was going to ask about heat cycling a2 stainless bolts as they are m8 bolts and not holding that much weight given the location of the first hanger and the top one appears to have stretched then sheared and the bottom 2 had bent downwards too and I didn't expect that from stainless bolts
