Scott still messed it up in my book. Took horses instead of dogs, a big mistake, horses eat hay. When things get desperate dogs can eat each other and still navigate. Dogs were bred for that game and more efficient than horses.

I have turned up to 4ft on a previous incarnation of this lathe with no probs, the thinner bits tend to whip and bow but they can be steadied by wrapping your mitt around and using thumb to help guide the chisel or gouge, next project is a naval cannon, materials salvage from machine pallet
