New compressor problems..

Just out of curiosity has anyone experienced single phasing with there compressor? It’s not something I will overlook but I’ve just had a 3 phase line installed..6mm cable , c type breakers well over specked for compressor. And measured with good figures across the deck but I guess this is something I shouldn’t overlook.

it was the pump banging as the motor didnt have the power on the cycle of the missing phase to turn it over properly so was bouncing back and forth, turned out to be a loose connection on the contactor

Hmmm this is interesting.. do you think a compressor would perform in the same way?

Try rocking the flywheel back and forth to see if there's any play in the big/little ends

i think it would be a good shout to check the connections on the motor between phases.
alternatively just take it back as it is under warrenty after all
