I'd rather the harness than the life jacket. Unless there's a boat in the water to rescue you.I would say he has a life jacket on, it is visible around his neck and the straps down his back and around his waist . More visible in the second picture.
But fully agree about fall arrest kit.

jesus we were thinking of moving to N.I in a few years time as my mrs is from antrim not to sure now lol, kfc and starbucks were offering around £13+ to complete deadheads over here.100%
