That’s corrugated sheet, from your pic I can’t make out if it’s draining to the left or right?

It is polycarbonate.

I put a slight convex in it so it's curved along the top for drainage (without having to fall one way or the other).

It certainly looks like corrugated to me too judging by the foam inserts. It may well be polycarbonate but what the OP is talking using is the 16mm thick flat faced stuff.

It is also only a simple awning. I only posted a picture because I was quite pleased with the way it works.

Nothing wrong with it at all, it just seemed like there was some confusion IE polycarbonate meant it wasn't corrrugated.

Will the tek screws actually go through the metal its thick go 6/7mm

Yes, but you have to use the right ones. You need heavy section Tek screws which have a longer drilling end to them.
