Hi guys. So I returned home yesterday from machine mart and they exchanged it no problem. Got home and again just screwed the regulator onto the tank and hey presto air was coming out the other side of the regulator and when adjusted it increased and decreased like it should. The old regulator when it turned it clicked and this one doesn't. When you lift the knob and turn it turns freely like it should. So I connected everything else up and yippee it all works as it should. Thabks for all your help and quick replies. You have all been very helpful.
