like the idea submerged welding on a constant loss oil system. That works on the basis that used cooking oil is insinuative a point yet to be proven by science.
Ok, forget the moulinex chef, I'll get a Bifinett mixer from Lidl instead, the garlic press is a tesco value one so the money I saved on that I can put towards an extra turn of wire or two. I've decided to bottle up my dogs f@rts and have devised a distilling machine from an old breadmaker to seperate the gases, I'm sure it contains helium as when he's sat at my feet the smell always rises to my nose .
What about instead of using shielding gas we just trickle the cooking oil over the weld as it forms? That would surely work and if the oil is preheated (also by the breadmaker ) then it would prevent cracking as the weld cools.

Are the 12 bore cartridges for pikeys or the pot?!
