Does number 9 have a veerry long path to the door?

No he actually walks past it on the way to us. I've started writing "delivered to wrong address" on it and putting it back in the post box for him to have another go.Does number 9 have a veerry long path to the door?
Don't fancy paying £60 or whatever mini.um charge is now a day for 2 numbers , lads at work will paint it in 2 pac so should be reasonable, just need to sort some timber now.A second vote for short standoffs.
Have them sloping down away from the wall to channel water away.
Also think about rust long term. Rust streaks on walls look awful.
I'd probably get them galved.
I'd said this to him but from the selection he gave me I could do it...I had also toyed with a 75mm spanner head from work but you'd need to be "in the know" to fully get itIt would add subtle extra class if the number 75 were made entirely from 3/4" (0.750") spanners. Or 19mm to please the metric people.
