Are they any good live? I like their albums but whenever I have seen them live on tv they've always been noisy and out of tune! The studio seemed to work magic!

No idea. I'm not bothered about going as I have tinnitus so it would be a bit silly wearing ear plugs really.
The kids have been up since early o'clock with every device tuned to Ticketmaster.

Not a chance, last time I went to a live concert it was that Simon&Garfunkel reunion thing. paid £120 for seats and had to stand in a packed stadium, those two dicks turned up on stage two and a half hour late, couldn't hear a thing over all the other racket going on so went home after ten minutes. Now I watch that sort of thing with Gaz.

I'm pretty sure they used to play in our student union back in the mid 1990s...I never went to see them but you could hear them in the bar downstairs .

Oh no. Not all. Fleetwood Mac were brilliant live. Eagles too, Dixie Chicks, Paul Simon, Eagles, Clapton, Dolly Parton is excellent. Texas were great too.

First concert I ever went to was Belinda Carlisle in 2023 - when I was 65 !
Going to see Joe Jackson at Buxton with wife next month.
For my birthday this year kids bought me a pair of Cyndi Lauper tickets for next year
Wouldn't thank anyone even for free tickets to see Oasis

You could rate bands by how many days after your ears were ringing the record for me was Saxon on their Wheels of Steel tour at 3 days.
