Plusgas & acetone mixed make a good easing oil .
I'd have no qualms about dosing the screws for 4 sessions over 24 hrs and then using a 6 inch long 1/8 " round point engineers punch or a decent dot punch to give the screw slot with a single decent wallop near the outer edge , so as to drive the screw round to loosen it.
Once it moves use a quality screw driver knocked in the slot of the screw with a single wallop before you turn it , grinding the screwdriver blade square and for sharp edges first , if it is at all rounded up on the driving edges or width of the blade ..it needs to be a tight fit in the screw slot .
An engineers screwdriver that has the steel shaft running right the way through the handle are best for these slotted rusted /worn screws as you can give it a smart tap in the worn screw slot once it been ground up for a good square fit , they also have a square shank or a hexagonal part to put a spanner on the shaft , this helps no end for you can hold the screw driver in the perfect alignment under pressure into the slot and use a spanner to put the torque on the screw without riving the screwdriver about an tearing the screwslot bigger .
