Rustoleum and any enamel takes a while to set in the current temps. Maybe one of the enamel accelerators works with Rustoleum, dunno. I've got some drying at the mo and it needs warmth or stays soft for days. Seems good when it's set though.
With the reg/filter, mine's just mounted on two screws into a workbench. Air hoses to & from. You don't need the copper piping with drops & drains, nice but not essential for what yr after. Longest run poss from tank to filter/reg, more time for the air to cool.
If you can find the Aldi comp it's 2.5hp for about £80, 25 litre tank. Basically you want the most hp and tank size for your ££s, and a conventional mini-gun. One of mine only takes 2-4cfm.
