I don't often have cause to go that way, but I'll happily pop down anyway. Worth it for neat jaws. Will look loads better than anything I file to size.

Keeping all the info here, it seems I somehow managed to mix up 3/16 with 3/8!
The jaw screws are 3/16 24tpi, which makes them bsw! (I think)

The mounting holes are central top to bottom, and seem to be 64.5mm between centers.

I think I'll be using countersunk cross head, but haven't decided if I'll use normal ones, or make long taper.
Probably excessive on aluminium jaws though.
I'll deal with that later. Your doing enough for me as it is!

Twiggs have 3/16 ww screws in stock btw.
