Near.
The Parkenson Cast logo on the moving jaw.
On the Main body. Near casting marks.
On the Moan body skirt.
Underneath by the fixings holes.
Basically everywhere then?

Shame to see the ends cut off the tommy bar. I had the same problem with my 53, took three goes of heating it till it was red hot and then clamping back in the vice, works beautifully now. It was a very subtle bend at each end that made it sticky, it wouldn’t slide through the hole freely.
The swivel bases look out of place on them, IMHO, as the back end of the vice is floating.

I never refitted mine on the swivel jaw.
Seem to be a real weak point on Parkinson’s vices
I haven’t got a vice fetish but I will say Parkinson made some of the finest milling Machines you could buy and big gear cutters
Never heard of them before - serious bits of kit!
Different brands same company. J Parkinson also made Sunderland gear planersParkson and Parkinsons. Different companies per se... though related to the same company at the core I think, J Parkinson of Shipley.
