You would need a Euro torch adapter that splits out the gas and takes in the water.
Whether something exists I have no idea but if you think about it a Mig Euro torch has a gas connection and it is in the Euro connector itself that is directed up the power wire but that is not always the case. For example my Push-Pull gun puts the gas up a separate hose all the way to the torch, so there are obviously different permutations available.

Ok, thanks. Either way it looks like I need two adaptors, one to take the gas out of the power and one to let the ret water to the cooler. All in a eurotorch, hmmmm. I wonder if I could make a set up? Will have a look at that link.

your "red" is thick black in your case. So that's your water return and power.You will need an adapter of some sort! You'll have fun with getting a euro connector to work. You need to split the gas and power at the machine end, somehow, feed the gas seperately through the thin black line, and another adaptor for the combined power/water.

OK, so, I would use a female-female 3/8"BSP barrel nipple to connect the euro to the dinse adapter. Then you have gas-out, and male dinse power.

You have it exactly @Munkul . I was going to buy a male and female dinse, make a brass slug to join them. But hey, why not file the lug off both adaptors, make a barrel, press them in and apply some soft solder? Or will the soldering booga the adaptors?
The only other thing I've noted is that the small adaptor at the back of the euro is a 1/4 to 3/8 increaser, I might just buy a reducing socket, it will shorten it a bit.

If you want a torch with all of that made up for you then Parweld can make that up for you - they have the central connector adaptor with the hot/cold water cooler lines on page 83 of their catalogue. I don't know if they can make a standalone adaptor so you can use your own torch or whether you need to order a torch with the connector as one piece.
