The one in your link is stick on magnet (presumably that rubberised magnetic material) and a separate spring steel sheet on top.

Looks like a very interesting solution. I might try that on mine but I would worry you'll be setting the bed level every time it comes on and off. My Ender is pretty wobbly on its springs and single Y rail. Doesn't take much to throw it out and is a right pain to recalibrate.

I'm still not sure what to do with my old Ender Pro. Have a sneaking suspicion I might actually supersize it...

I love sprung steel plates.
Makes part removal so much easier. Remove plate from bed, let cool down, bend, and part removed. No f*****g around trying to lever/pry off/unstick something from a glass plate!

My ender 3 moves if I have been working on it but all I do now is start a print with a skirt and use baby stepping to adjust it.
If it looks high or low at one corner or side I just adjust it with the large wheels.
I used to have a piece of paper and spend ages but I find it way better to use the baby stepping to get it close but if it's not the same all over I adjust it on the fly.

Sods law says I just tried to print a dickson T2 holder.
I smelt something hot but though nothing of it. The ender 3 is so quiet I was not aware it had stopped.
I am not sure if it blew a fuse and then the nozzle stuck to the bed or the other way round .
Either way it was fuse in kettle lead that had gone.
