If you haven't already, Throw the crappy mask in the bin. Get yourself an auto darkening mask. Aldi had them in, may have a few left. Made a world of difference for me.

a nice tool cutter and grinder to sharpen all the drills and milling bits that you have

handy for lathe tools as well as inserts as they can also be sharpened as well

or you could make your own homemade tool and cutter grinder also on the forums

I bought the Lidl one when I got the welder I knew enough to know welding with one hand holding the crappy mask was not going to work
