Mine doesn't have pilot arc but it could do 3mm all day, on the sheet or a few mm above it. Your PSI could maybe go up a bit but it should cut

.  Not that it's a deal breaker, I dare say I'll manage as is.Has anyone changed from basic PT31 torch to AG-60 style torch? Some have said it would give more cutting power and longer consumable life? AG60 torches can be had for a tenner from China with better looking trigger as well, but will the fittings fit? I don't have a plasma but was wondering how it would go.
] pipe which goes to the gauge and fitted in a length of clear, bendy plastic stuff I had lying around and which is a tight fit over the existing one.  Fine until I connected the compressor...blew one joint off 
. Now Araldited, leaving overnight and will test tomorrow.  If it holds, I'll separate the other joint and give it the same treatment.

  Burned out a number of tips, but luckily the extended consumables I ordered from bang_good arrived very quickly [DON'T make the mistake I did and Google 'goodbang'.........
