Yes still has y block engine, which is out, and needs rebuilding. Not frozen.
I ment after down to bare metal using gibbs.
Any one know guys who can rebuild these in cambridgeshire/ suffolk/ essex area?
Project car does sound a pain but end result worth it.
Any of you guys worked on a V 8 ?

I only rebuild V8's and the Ford Y block, small blocks and big block 427 are well known to me.

Personally i wouldn't use the Gibbs because it tends to get into seams and pop out again later when you least want it !!!
