These are the zx carbs, the whole bike is mint just a small amount of dried fuels in the bowls. cleaned all the orifices these the cleanest carbs ive ever worked on i think

Make sure the one you use is geared 1-1....some are not and can kid you when using on pilot screws

That's the one i bought, ive always used a mates but his mrs decided i wasnt an approved friend.

The morgan one now comes with a hex bit adapter

Ah yes, the precise reason I bought my set of JIS screwdrivers. And yes, it really grinds my gears. Not enough that we have Phillips and Pozidriv, which need completely different drivers if you don't like skinned knuckles, but if you want to ride Japanese bikes you need JIS as well. I just wish they would pick one and sick to it globally.

I generally use my JIS drivers on Phillips, if anything I’d say they work better than actual Phillips (Phillips is a poor design IMO). Plus they’re Vessel so I like using them . It doesn’t work so well the other way though, i.e. Phillips driver on JIS screws.

Bit of valve lapping paste in the slot before you put the bit in, amazing how much more torque you can get before the bit cams out then.
