Well, 6 or 9" without measuring.
What's a tube polisher? Is it a powerfile - like this?
If so, I didn't know you could get Sotchbrite belts for it,
Much the same except one (or more) of the belt rollers is sprung loaded so the belt can be made slacker to wrap around tubes.
They will cover 90deg with ease, 180deg at the most.

Or you can get/make a arm for a power file that has an offset wheel. That will give you about 45deg.

Scotchbrite belts are readily available for both, often sold as "surface conditioning" etc
not if you count the fact they leave the metal in situ , they can last ages , but if you catch a rough edge with the wrong side of the disc trying to get into a tight spot they shred in a second ,,, I wouldnt start a car repair without them ,,Ok, I must try them.
Are they expensive ? Compared to flap disks ?
You cave in far to easily don't you ,
Many thanks. I'd be starting fresh with the batteries, so my choice now could set me a down a long and expensive path I just want to take the right road.@rmwesley The M12 stuff is very good can't comment on the bosch , ask MattF , a lot of peoples choices are made by what battery platform they already have , If you don't already have any the the worlds your oyster
Does it come down to whether I like blue tools or red tools.
