Spent a a good 1/2 hour or more making sure the GTO was lifted securely, all wheels off ground and stable (I hate working under cars!).
Propshaft off, flanges pressed off and bearings/ mounts replace.
Luckily my mate down the road popped round and lent me his puller set or I wouldn't have got the center bearings off.
Very heavy to lift back in and get all the spacers lined up, would have been easier on a lift with 2 people really.
Only downside is I need a new Lobro Joint Boot MB837572.
These are £140 from Japan.
I don't suppose anyone has dealings with propshaft repair shops that would be willing to supply parts?.
If it was a VW you could pick one up tomorrow for £40..
