Sam shouldn't keep showing pictures of the ring rollers. This tight bunch on here will look at yours and make there own, mean your missing out on sales

I could get one made at work for nowt, but I'm not convinced it's as good as the photos suggest

I should get off my fat **** and make one lol, but its way down the list. To many ideas buzzing round in my brain. First one has to be a new forge, with heat exchanger in chimney so i can heat a few radiators in the work shop, well might as well get free heat for the workshop when its in use. Next after that has to be a power hammer saves swing a large hammer. Then a powered bar twister up to 16mm will be fine. The list goes on all nicely worked out in my head

Is that a publicity photo Sam?

The economy will not roll 1 1/2 but the MKY2K will. I had a piece of 40 x 40 x 3 box rolled to 1250 dia in the MKY2K machine and had one for demonstrating but having the tube in the economy bender was enough to bring people into the stand!

I bought this roller a lot of years back, and dug it out of an old outhouse at the weekend. Looks like a few birds have been using it as a perch lol
From memory i'ts turkish made and the rollers split to take various types of sections etc.
If anyone is making one simular and needs any pics of the inner workings i can post them up.

ghound could you help me with some pictures of the inside of this machine like the bearing arrangement for the rollers and the thread pitch of the screw that moves the highest roller?
