Do these quotes sound ok, or do they see the jag and double the price?

I don't think it's anything to do with the make of car it's just the way it goes, places have overheads, rates and equipment . My niece had a Mazda that was getting a bit dog eared and she decided to have it tidied up. They filled a few dents and blew a few areas in and charged her £600. It was a good job and made the car look decent but it didn't add that much to the value when she got rid a few months later. Are there any drainage points in the area you've repaired to stop the rust from happening again ?

Yes there is a small 3 mm channel right at the bottom of the wing sump, you cant really see it in the pics, keeping them clear with a pipe cleaner is now an added chore once a month.
