just read this thread, 6mm on 180amps hugh stick another 100 on that and you'd be in the ball park....... tap on the concrete=no flux, steam=hydrogen=hydrogen cracks.....

Is this one of them exams to spot the deliberate mistakes?

Yep the E309L is for disimilair welding, ideal for stainless to mild steel.
