If the contact blocks in the pendant are rated for the motor load and there is room to stack another pair of N/O on the back of the existing ones then that's how I'd do it.
Those contact blocks can often be clipped onto each other to give extra poles.
To do it with just the hardware you have you'll need a bit of 4 core cable to run to the pendant.
Incoming mains connected to U1 & U2.
Remove the link bar.
Remove the link from X5 to Z*
Using the 4 core:
Connect from U1 to #3 on the white button.
Connect from X5 to #2 on the white button
Connect from Z1 to # 4 on the white button
Connect from Z2 to # 4 on the black button
Get some single bits of cable and connect the pendant terminals together:
White Button #1 to White Button #4
White Button #2 to Black Button #2
White Button #3 to Black Button #3
Black Button #1 to Black Button #4
Somebody might want to draw this out and check it first!!
Also, this will go bang if you press both buttons at the same time which you could prevent by sourcing a couple of extra N/O contact blocks.
I suppose you could just add a quick blow fuse somewhere just incase you drop the pendant and both buttons get pressed at the same time.
