A quick question about ring rollers
I have made one and it can't do small not due to a lack of bending power as it can do 1/2 inch square with ease its more sort of a lack of smallness
So before i build one for small stuff anyone got some dimensions of a little one for ding little rings

depending on what size rings u are rolling just lay 3 washers together the aprox diameter of rings required that will give u the diameter of the rollers u are going to make

Hello Paul and tanks for the inspiration. Decided that I'm gonna make me self one of thesis rollers. Rely liked what you have done after searching the net for homemade ring rollers, this was actually why i joined the forum.
But down to business, how is the set up on the drive wheel, do you have some bearings inside the square block there? and how did you resolve the matter of going from the stud and to the roller, I recken that it will spin some if you only tighten it wit washers and nuts? Do you have a sectional drawing/ sketch? I plane to put mine on a pedestal so that I don't have to lift it. I actually planing to make several more pedestals with same base and have same configuration of hole. This is so that it will fit to the floor on some expanding anchors. That way I will save some space when I'm not using it, or the other tings that I have planed to put on pedestals.( vices and profile roller for thin plates, and pipe vices)
