The fish thing?
I used to watch Jacques Coostard on TV as a kid, I have always been into the fishy thang, I used to catch them, I have photographed them and I like eating them and have loads of books on them.
Also they are a good intro to sculpture, I realised this a while back. Almost all metal sculptor start on fish. Why? I think because they are effectively two dimensional, have simple outlines and are easy to draw.

Got it varnished yesterday and the sun shone this morning.

Simples but effective.
I think I will have to make another and maybe investigate making more smaller simpler things like this.
Do these things really exist that is a ridiculous shape to evolve.
