I have just finished the shed. In the end I used a solid concrete floor laid on top of a plastic sheet DPM.

The roof is made from twin wall polycarbonate sheet. This has made it very light inside. It has already been called the giant coldframe.

How long should I leave the concrete before I paint it with floor paint?

If it is not stated on the tin give it about 28days , then one evening put an inverted Pyrex dish on the floor ... leave it for one day and in the morning see how much condensation you get in on the underside of the dish . The least the better so if it is almost running off as you pick up the dish it's too wet wait another week or so .

Now that summer is comming you should have some good drying weather , hopefully you will have a good through flow of warm dry air.

I'd paint it after a few days. You won't get any significant moisture out of air-cured concrete after it's undergone initial 3-day curing at which time it'll be 80% cured. This is after all, 'only' a shed floor.
