Yesterday we recieved it, now first thing is to put some underlayment or so on the floor.

you need to support the corners and make sure they're good and flat

otherwise the doors won't close properly.... sometimes the doors are fine because the box is rigid enough..... then you load it up and the weight will twist it and stop the doors shutting :-(

The chiller unit might have a bit of value (subject to condition) as it's designed to operate with R-134a refrigerant so one of the 'greener' type.

Would not expect that, but I did put in on four concrete tiles 60x40x5 cm, with another half one under and one on top, so hope that is enough to keep it level, and will monitor, thanks.
Furtermore I still hope to replace the cooling unit with a secondhand single door (which opens easier) and a fixed isolated (sandwich) panel in aluminium or plastic.

Up to you but paint and an extra layer can’t hurt.

Softens it a bit as well if that’s important where you live
