Most interesting topic, I thought I was the only one. I was told that its CO2 in the bottle but they call it "magmix", I'll have to find out more about it.
I'm working in a 5m x 8m building with a roll-up garage door on the one 5m side and a 800mm x 2m high door at the other end, with a fan blowing towards the garage door. I'm going to rectify the vent problem.

Hey Piet - forgive me for being very off topic but you've disabled your PM, any case here goes.

How do your bend your tubing for your bull bars? I need to bend some round tubing and have'nt got the foggiest how to do it on the cheap.

You can buy pre-made bends from metal suppliers, or pick up smashed bullbars from scrap dealers and use those bends. Exhaust shop benders makes ugly bends.
Where are you in RSA?

I I'll try out the pre-made bends. Also contacted strongman.co.za - saw on their site a locally made bender + dies. Hopefully that's not too costly.

Good luck on the bender. Let me know what thickness pipe it can bend, and the cost of it.

Hi,

there was a thread on here a few months ago about filling the tube with sand an packing it in tight before bending. Apparently helps to create better bends. Might be worth searching for it as it could help you out.

Can bend up to 38X2mm round + square. Cost for the bender + 25mm die set came to R5 600.

The pipes I use are OD=60mm, and ID=56mm.
