i have no idea how to change fan speed. i does vary though but by itself

Fan speed is fairly proportional to pump speed.

Where? Which side of the pump? Likely just pipework with bend or in the filter (if not fitted the right way round or is at an angle. People (unnecessarily) buy damper diaphragms to reduce the pulsed fuel deliery - some are about £25 a go!
