Slitting discs

I find the Lidl Parkside are good enough, you have to have some break down of the disc otherwise it loads up and gets hot, don't force it let the disc go at it's own pace, wouldn't cutting anything over 16 gauge use the plasma cutter for anything larger. When I was putting circlip grooves into ball bearing ODs we'd use 16" shellac wheels at high speed.

Rough disc cut 5 mm over size , draw and tin snip it perfect , file the edges & corners by hand or find someone with a guillotine and pay them to cut the panels square when you present them with the rough cut ones .

Expect to pay for an hours labour then if it's cheaper you'll be pleased as punch .

Haven't tried these yet but his 6mm grinding discs are superb.

All the stuff I've had from there has been decent
