The gasket material should be high temperature.

its what i use on engine rebuilds etc. for sake of a fiver i can get some from amazon for tomorrow delivery...chill out then i guess tonight lol.

Well thay fixed it and built upto 10psi. No noise and in a good time. Few minutes.

Then this popped off. Good job I swapped it for something I don't need haha

100psi, and just got it to 145psi or thereabouts but the pressure senor pipe popped out and wont stay in now. ill see what parts i need and replace the seals. cant believe they are just a push in fit.

It took over 5 mins to get to 145psi from zero. not sure if thats good. i have a smaller pulley here i could fit to speed the pump up, just worried if it over works the pump.

I wouldn't expect that you'd run the pump over 1000rpm.
My vintage IR v-twin runs at 920rpm.

And i have now and gone and dropped the seals and now dont know what order they go back in when i replace them with new, i think there were two seals on top, not sure. FFS one thing after another with me some days. and cant find any details on parts list for it.
