I finally got my Snap-on mig welder 130 turbo working after the wire feed tensioner broke.
What a nightmare you can’t get these parts anywhere not even for the Cebora 130 turbo and BOC mig master 130, which I’ve been told have the same parts.
So had to make my own
Has any one else had this problem?
I have the same problem does anyone make them for sale? otherwise this great welder is scrap I haven't the skill to make on.As I said above I gave up trying to model it as the broken/melted original I had wasn't intact enough to measure.

The serrated side is for gasless wire. The trick with these is to keep the feed to the torch straight rather than use excessive wheel tension that squashes the springShould I be using the serrated drive or the smooth drive? Seems to run really well on the serrated but makes like a fine grinding dust!
