I've had most of the weekend to tinker, about 4 hrs yesterday and best part of 8hrs today. Workshop tidy up still top of the list however I did do some dismembering on old tractor parts ready for the blaster, and repaired the kids Toylander.
Amongst other tidying I did a couple of the socket trays, missus thinks they look like the posh plates they have in Betty's tea shop in Harrogate for putting buns on. I resisted the temptation to put the sockets on a doyley
Sign writings not up to much, largely because the brush looked like Brian Blessed's beard, however I don't think Langy will be calling me to sign write his cars even with a new brush.
I did the 1/4" metric as well, just got the 1/2" AF, whitworth and metric to do.
Maker asked me to put pictures of my screwdriver and hammer racks, nowt to show really, a bit of ply with holes in and a few bards welded to a strip.
I haven't got around to bolting the hammer rack so just clamped for now
I dumped some stuff and generally sorted it out rather than move junk to another part of the workshop now I can see my benches again
It's now a pleasure to use and I can find tools rather than raking around in big un-organised drawers or trying to find it on the bench.
Even my old workbench is nearly tidy, more to do yet but definitely makes working in the workshop quicker and less frustrating
