this works but dont rush the drilling get as meny holes in as you can dont askme how i know but a stuck chesel is had to removemany drill holes with an sds drill so when you do use a chisel bit it will crack all the way along it on both sides

I'm struggling with why that's 6" below ground - is it picking up anything else other than your house?
Might be as well taking that length with the bit of lead out and if need be that tee its connecting to out as well and replace with 6" plastic.
You wont need a durgo if its only 1 toilet and the head of the drain is still vented unless the invert of the drain is miles lower but its not. Head has to be vented in scotland for BC not sure about England.
BC will be wanting a drain test on the new bit as well I'd think.
