Some cool stuff I’ve been printing

Can't tease us with a picture like that. What is it a resin printer? Got any pictures of produced parts.
I have been intreaged about resin but stuck with fdm for this printer.

Just upgraded from ender 3 to a bambu lab x1c and so far love it!

It uses resins yes, but its not just "A resin Printer" most of those are SLA
probably more accurate to say this is the printer that BASF / Henkel/ Loctite and most other Chemical companies use to develop their resins for Light Processing systems.

Ill get some pictures when I get it installed and printing.

Thats without 5 years Service and warranty plan, open material license and VAT............. not cheap but then £100k doesn't go very far in injection mould tooling either

So basically you're going to be limping for a while once they finished harvesting your kidneys

Well out of my league but amazing to see how tech is moving on.

Will be interested in seeing some products etc.

So these were some client samples I had printed as part of the demonstration of capabilities during the tender process.
A clutch alignment tool.
This is not what I would consider best quality either, this was a quick and dirty print and post process just as a demonstration.


And these were some other P3 origin components:



These were a mix of “rubber” and plastic all printed on the same machine, same process, just different materials

As I’ve said before, I’m very lucky to be able to explore the capabilities of 3D printing with some awesome kit.
And being able to bring that capability to commercial partners without the need to purchase the equipment.
So yes, the capability is available on a commercial basis
