getting a damned good ignoring from Clarke!!
Anyway, i reckon they are just selling the cheap Chinese rings off ebay, so i've ordered a set of those for the princely sum of £2.50. Will swap them out when they evetually arrive
In the meantime i've cleaned up the compressor, repainted the cylinder, tidied up the wiring. Honed the bore and fitted 2 out of 3 rings and used the old scraper ring. It seems to be working fine and looking the part also. no before pics, but imagine rusty, faded pink, missing wheels etc etc.
