I was thinking of trying to spray two colours as mentioned before, however.. slightly different than which I previously mentioned.
I want to have two colours split with no gap, i.e. the petrol tank, upper half one colour, the lower half another colour. How can this be done? Do I simply apply the special tape and mask one half of the tank and paint one half, then remove the tape and try to apply the tape perfectly against the newly painted half and paint the second half? The issue I can see here is possibly misaligning the tape by 0.1mm or such and getting a horrid little gap or paint overlap etc..
Whats the general way of going about this?
Thanks.
